Grief and Loss Support Programs
Finding Support in Life’s Hardest Moments
Grief isn’t something to “get over”—it’s something we learn to carry. As a Transitional Life Coach and Grief Counselor, I walk beside individuals and families as they navigate grief in all its forms: death, addiction, estrangement, and the many life transitions that leave us changed. Whether you’re coping with the loss of a loved one, living in the uncertainty of a family member’s addiction, or trying to reconnect as a couple after the death of a child, I offer support that’s grounded, compassionate, and personalized. My programs are designed to meet you where you are and provide a steady path forward—emotionally, relationally, and with a renewed sense of purpose.
