A 6-Week Grief Circle
Our 6-week grief circles offers a compassionate space to move through loss in your own way, at your own pace. Each group is intentionally formed around a specific type of loss, allowing you to connect with others who truly understand what you're carrying. Within that shared experience, something meaningful tends to arise — a quiet sense of recognition, connection, and relief.
Each week, we gently explore the emotional and physical layers of grief, making room for reflection, connection, and grounding. Through guided conversation, simple practices, and shared presence, you'll begin to find steadiness within the waves — without pressure to move on or be anywhere other than where you are.
Groups are intentionally kept small, so that each person feels seen, heard, and supported.
Each participant also receives a private 1:1 session for more personalized support.

This circle is about making space for your experience, finding others who understand, and learning to carry your love forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.
