Carrying Love Forward: A 6-Week Grief Circle
Grief is a deeply personal experience—one that doesn’t follow a timeline or a clear path. In this 6-week grief circle, you’ll be offered a compassionate, supportive space to process loss in your own way, at your own pace.
Each week, we gently explore the emotional and physical layers of grief while creating room for reflection, connection, and grounding. Through guided conversation, simple practices, and shared presence, you’ll begin to find steadiness within the waves of grief—without pressure to “move on” or be anything other than where you are.
To ensure each person feels seen, heard, and supported, groups are intentionally kept small. This allows for a more meaningful experience and space for everyone—so availability is limited.
As part of this experience, each participant will also receive a private 1:1 session for more personalized support.
You are welcome to share, or simply listen. All expressions of grief are honored here.
This circle is about allowing space for your experience, connecting with others who understand, and learning how to carry your love forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.
You don’t have to do this alone—when you’re ready, I invite you to join us.
